Twilight Movie Trailer!

The print ad picture is kind of cheesy, but check out the movie trailer on IMDb.com here. Make sure you click on the video link and sit through the add-- looks interesting! I wonder if it will be good...

cool, movie trailers! i guess we'll just have to see how good the movie is and compare it to the book! do you know if it is only based on the book Twilight, or is it all three books like in a Series Of Unfortunant Events?

ciao!

I'm totally psyched for this...:P

I believe, bwam, that it is going to be the first book only. I gleaned that insight from watching all the filming clips that have been released; it looks like they are following the book storyline (including the climactic fight scene at the end!) pretty closely. That bodes well for the movie, in my opinion.

And I'm getting pretty psyched myself, everchanging!

Too bad it's still 7 months away. sigh :(

anonymous,

i sympathize with you. but, if you havent read the book, now would be a good time to read it to know what's going on. 7 months should gvie you more than enough time to finish it, and even read the other books, too!

have fun!

Holy crap, man! I honestly got chills when I saw the trailer. I was pretty excited before, but now, well...I'll let you know when my heart rate goes down.

@ Mrs. Pulley: I'm pretty sure they'll be following the book format. All the interviews I've seen have mentioned sequels of some sort or the other. Have you read the interview with the actress who plays Victoria? I think she says something about being glad for a bigger part in one of the later movies.

@ bwam: Yeah, Edward, while still very nice-looking, doesn't really fit the Edward in my head. I think it's the hair. In the book it's described as being kind of copper/red-brown, and longer. But, minor details. I think they've still managed to capture the essence of his character. At least, from the little bits I've seen.

You do realize, bwam, that Rob Pattison (who is Edward) played Cedric Diggory in the Harry Potter movies? I didn't think Edward would look like that either, to me, but everyone's Edward is different. I never imagined him with red-brown, bronze hair, but saw him with with more a golden-bronze color. And it wasn't curly. :)

Everchanging,

hmm... i didnt know that it's the same person who played cedric, but now that i look at him carefully, i can kind of see the same person.

interesting...
